3-way Coaching: Involves the coach, coachee, and a third party (often a line manager). This approach provides holistic feedback, aligns personal goals with organisational objectives and maximises the impact of coaching by fostering accountability.

I’m often asked if coaching is suitable for smaller organisations. The answer is always yes! The size of your organisation matters less than the culture that you wish to create. I work with organisations of all sizes, from small community collectives to national arts organisations and universities. What matters most are your goals and values.
